So I took all day it seems playing around with learning how to get a background for my theme. Good grief, the day is gone and no real progress. Maybe someday I will get it, but right now my brain is fried.
Why does it have to be so hard? I just want this place to be refreshing to all. I tried to down load a couple of themes but do ya think I know how to open them to use?? No. Maybe it just is all in vain. Who am I trying to impress? Man or God?! I say God and I know for a fact He really does not care about how this blog looks He just cares about what is written and read here.
I have to refocus and get my priorities straight. Breathe Liz breathe it will be ok.

I am actually liking mine.. I know it may show up differently on other web browsers..when i housesit again i will see how it looks on a mac.. but i have to do it this way so i see the tabs from my web browser.
anayway it is new and different.
I use Firefox and I see the tabs in front. The only thing that I notice is that the background does not go all the way to the top but it may be my browser issue on my end.
yeah that is what i mean i can`t do it all the way to top because on my end i would not see the tabs.
maybe i need firefox but that will have to be for another day..
Yes, you would be able to see it — I looked at it on IE when I did the test.

I just realized you said you tried to download a couple of themes and were frustrated because you can’t open them. On WordPress.com you will not be able to use any theme except for the ones that are provided by WordPress.com. The only way you’ll be able to use a WordPress theme you find on the internet is to host your blog elsewhere and pay for a hosting company. As WordPress.com users, we are limited to the themes they provide us.

Looking good. The only thing that might be difficult is the flowers on top of the words as we’re reading the blog. What I’ve been doing is scrolling up and down your flowers so I can read the words. It’s looking great!
I was the same way when I first started blogging here. I kept trying different things until I finally settled down on exactly what I was going for.
thanks for the feed back maybe I will change the back ground, is it really hard to see the words? maybe if i start posting them in bold that would help? Oh girl this is hard stuff.

thanks I know the other way was very hard. I found a way to have the posts in a block but that did not look good either so I am just accepting that this is the way to go. still working on it. i like this way better anyway.
